We are regular visitors to Formosa Gardens, indeed, ex home owners and we have to say that when looking for a holiday rental, cleanliness is key. Carol's home is spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with the basic essentials needed. Every detail is taken care of and nothing is too much trouble. If you are a first time visitor to Orlando, Carol's arrival pack is full of everything you will need, including driving directions to Formosa, together with coins for the toll booth. If you need assistance with anything, just ask and you will receive a swift response. Carol, you are a star!

It's like coming home, we love staying in your villa - it's so comfortable and so well set up. We're already looking forward to our next visit :)

The villa is in a lovely area and really was our home from home! All details provided were accurate meaning absolutely no stress on arrival. It was such a bonus to be provided with so many provisions as we've stayed in many villas where the bare minimum of these were provided, so we were buying excessive amounts for a relatively short stay.

Everything worked perfectly and the pool/spa were heated so even in December we could enjoy it. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again! Thank you!

This home was beautifully presented and fully equipped and exceeded our expectations. We have previously stayed in an identical home on the Formosa Gardens Estate and thought that was good but this home was so much better. In particular a lot of thought has been put into the little extras that show that the host Carol wants to make this a lovely home to visit.

Talking of Carol, she has been a pleasure to deal with. Prior to our trip she was in constant prompt communication and provided a fully comprehensive information pack in advance (including 4 quarters to cover tolls if we took the advised directions from the Airport, as this had an unmanned toll booth).

We had one very minor issue just after arriving and this was dealt with immediately by the local Management Company whilst we were in the Parks, so excellent service there too.

So overall a very pleasant experience and I will certainly be contacting Carol for our next trip

We had a fantastic stay at the villa - provided everything we needed. Easily the best villa we have stayed in after 8 visits to Florida. Great communication from Carol. House is in a great location and close to everything we needed. It was nice to come back from the parks and chill out by the pool/spa and games room.

This villa is absolutely exceptional! We cannot recommend it more highly. The accommodation is spacious and beautifully presented. The pool in particular is amazing, and so big, with a beautiful aspect. The attention to detail from the owner and management company was very much appreciated, every possible question was already answered in the brilliant welcome pack, and everything we could possibly need was included in the house. The very best thing is the location - less than 15 minutes to Disney!! Incredible!

We have stayed at Carol's home a few times over the years and it is by far the best home we have stayed at in the Kissimmee area. The home was immaculate and so welcoming after a long travel day. Carol has thought of everything to make your stay just perfect, little things like providing washing powder, dishwasher detergent, etc. The pool and hot tub were lovely after a long day at the theme parks and we used both daily. Carol is very professional and quick to respond from your booking enquiry to the very informative information pack which includes coins for the tolls from the airport right to the return of your security deposit. All the little extras add up to a perfect home for a vacation that is so close to Disney World. When we visit Orlando Carol's home is always our first choice. We cannot recommend it enough.

Fabulous. By far and away the best villa we have ever stayed in in Orlando - hence reason we've already booked for next year! Very clean, spacious with every little extra you can think of, and more. In addition to a very detailed information pack, the easy contact with yourselves meant that everything was very reassuring. Overall a great villa!

Fantastic villa. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your villa. The villa was spotless. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, most unusual for us when we are away from home! All the extra touches like bedside clocks with USB chargers and a great washing machine/dryer made all the difference. Everything we needed, and more, was provided. Brilliant location as well. It was also great receiving regular communication from you which was very reassuring. All the pre-trip info was also really useful. We were delighted with our stay and I would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the second time we have booked this house and, once again, we very much enjoyed our stay. Carol kept in touch with us through Hurricane Ian and assured us her house was sound and safe, which it was. The house is clean, it has comfortable bedding and definitely a five star rating. The support Carol provided before and during our stay was just brilliant. From the shopping she organised for our arrival to the constant checking in with us during our stay and the fact that we are currently in the process of booking for next year says it all.

The villa is lovely - spacious, so clean and worked well for us, our two children and my parents. The pool was a huge hit and we spent lots of time having fun in the pool and Game Room.

The villa itself is in amazing condition with everything you need; the pool is perfect for a post park quick dip, or a lazy day relaxing. Location is ideal for both Disney and Universal parks, with plenty of great places to eat & shop nearby. To top it off, the hosts are accommodating, full of great information and always on hand. From the moment we booked and were contacted by the owner the booking was stress free. The house is so well situated for the parks, it has everything you could possibly need to ensure your stay is perfect. There was even dishwasher powder, washing powder, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, in short those annoying extras you usually need to buy that you only use a little bit of. The house was beautifully clean, we felt safe and secure.

The information pack provided by the owner was brilliant and we referred to it over our stay to find places to eat, shop and also any queries we had about the property. The owner was also very responsive as were the property managers. An excellent recommendation is that given the chance we would return in a heartbeat, we don't need to look elsewhere for a rental in Florida. Beds were lovely and comfy and the bedding was clean as were the towels of which there were plenty.

If I could say one bad thing, we didn't stay for long enough! Thanks to Carol for allowing us to stay in her beautiful property. In the words of Arnie, we'll be back!

The villa was the best we have stayed in whilst visiting Florida. The owners communication prior to, and during the stay was outstanding. The location was perfect (only 10 minutes from Disney), the villa itself contained everything a family could require, the pool area was very private and the whole property was extremely clean on arrival. We have been returning to this lovely villa for nearly ten years. It's a beautiful home in an up-market gated community. It's also in a great location, being very close to all the attractions, especially Disney, but secluded and quiet too.

The house is always immaculate and offers great services and amenities for a stay... which is why we keep coming back! The owners also provide great information and support for their guests so it is a 'home from home' and we always enjoy our time here. We highly recommend this villa.

We stayed at Formosa Palm Villa for two weeks in April 2022 with our daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren aged 11 and 14 years.

It is a lovely spacious villa inside and has a gorgeous pool and hot tub outside and is even better than is shown in the photographs. The spacious layout makes it perfect for a mixed age family group. Everyone found the beds very comfortable, as were the sofas in the Family Room and Den.

The Wi-Fi connection was excellent and worked well throughout the house. The kitchen equipment, e.g. stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer, are modern high end models. The owner, Carol, has provided lots of 'extras' such as washing machine powder, dishwasher powder, kitchen rolls, bin liners, Kleenex, etc which are so useful to have and in most rentals are not included. The pool and hot tub are gorgeous (perfect after a day in the theme parks) and the pool deck is large with plenty of seating.

Formosa Gardens is beautiful with manicured lawns and lovely gardens and is very near to the Disney Parks but is an oasis of quiet.

This is a house that feels like a home and has been furnished with love and attention to detail - everything has been thought of. The only negative is that you won't want to leave!

Pictures don't really do justice to this beautiful home! So close to Disney World, Universal and any restaurant your heart might desire, it was perfect for our family getaway. We absolutely loved the privacy of the pool and how serene and quiet it was!! Everything in the house is top quality and in abundance. We would definitely go back to this property again. We stayed in this home for the month of March and this was, by far, the best house we've stayed in, over many years of renting in the area. It is clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. There are so many extras provided, such as washing powder and dishwasher detergent and the home is well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils, towels and bed linen. The owner and management company work hard to make sure that guests' needs are met and any issues are dealt with promptly.

Carol, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and responded immediately to any queries we had. I particularly liked the individual information pack that was sent to us, prior to travel. It gave us the opportunity to familiarise ourselves with the property and was full of really useful information. A lovely touch and very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Formosa Palm Villa.

We have visited WDW regularly for the past 20 years and Formosa Palm Villa is probably the best villa we have rented. The villa was immaculate, with so many little extras provided, and plenty of linens and towels. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked this villa for our next trip.

My family typically spends the majority of our visits on Disney property, but wanted to try something new. We really enjoyed staying at this property while visiting Disney, Cocoa Beach and simply enjoying the residence. If anything the pictures understate how nice this property is. The owners have thought of everything you need for a great stay and provide lots of helpful directions throughout the property. The pool was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend. Communication with owner ahead of the trip was very helpful.

This was our third stay at this house. The owners have gone above and beyond to make everyone's stay as special as possible. The house is very comfortable and everything is catered for. So well stocked and comfortable that we felt like we were at home (only better!!!) Like I said, we have rented many times in Formosa Gardens, but yours was truly the best. I read the reviews before renting this place for a week. As wonderful as the reviews are, they simply do not do this place justice. It was beyond amazing. The home is gorgeous, immaculately clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available from plush linens to cookware/utensils. It was not lacking anything. The beds were comfortable and overall the home was better than perfect. The private pool was the icing on the cake. After a day at Universal Studios, we relaxed in the pool/jacuzzi from walking all day.

We had a few family pool tournaments in the game room which was so much fun. The home added so much to our vacation. If you're second guessing, just don't. You won't regret choosing this place. Carol was very nice, attentive, and just an email away if anything was needed. All the instructions provided prior to travel were wonderfully detailed. She is detail oriented and it was clear her goal was to ensure we had a great stay. She clearly takes pride in her home and proving a great experience to anyone who stays there. I could honestly go on and on about how great our stay was. 10 stars if we could give it!!!

We had an amazing week in Carol's home! We had stayed in the neighborhood in a different house a few months prior and loved the location so much we had to book there again. The previous home we stayed in was booked, but we found Carol's house and she had excellent reviews so I felt comfortable booking. I'm so glad we did.

The home was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for my family and the pool / hot tub area was excellent. We stayed at this house for two weeks' vacation. It's a wonderful house and we loved it. It's located in a gated community and a very quiet neighborhood. It has everything we needed for our stay and close to theme parks and restaurants.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a location convenient to Disney World as well as a number of restaurants and amenities nearby. The house itself is very clean, organized, and well stocked with things like towels, cookware, etc. We didn't need to call the management company for anything during our stay. Everyone in our party particularly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and dining under the covered lanai.

Carol is a great host and is quick to respond to any questions. She provided a very comprehensive packet of information prior to the trip, so we felt 100% prepared for our stay.

We had a great experience staying in this home! The house was clean, as pictured and very comfortable. Carol and the management company were knowledgeable and quick to respond to messages. A lot of items were provided. There were plenty of towels, the linens and beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The house was absolutely immaculate. I've never been in any rental that was this clean. Second there was a perfect amount of space for six of us (parents, kids & grandparents). There was a study room that was perfect for my dad to have some quiet time away from the kids.

My kids loved 'their' bedroom, the Mickey & Minnie on the beds was a cute touch and boy were they excited to see a TV in their room.... they aren't allowed to have that at home. :) The pool & game room were a big hit and the kids were able to burn off whatever excess energy they had after the theme parks (no idea how they had any left because the adults were spent).

Thankful to Carol for opening up her home to us, creating fun memories we will never forget. We would stay here again if we were able to.

Formosa Palm Villa is the best home we have stayed in every detail, pre stay and communication and contact was 1st class - all paperwork and questions handled again 1st class. As for the actual villa - WOW - the pool and jacuzzi were just ideal after a long day. Every room and all the beds were comfortable, and the additional living room was a god send. The kitchen had everything you could need. The villa is in such a great location for Disney, Supermarkets and Restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Carol's home a few times now and everything is always perfect. The house is always immaculate and provides everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Carol also provides washing powder, hand soap and lots of extras which is very unusual and very much appreciated. This year telephone calls were included as well as USB charging on every bedside table which came in really handy. The owners and management company keep this villa in superb condition, comfortably furnished and accessorised with quality items and with more electrical gadgets/tech than a Curry's/PC World store! There are so many towels and daily consumables included at this villa which makes for such an easy stay. The appliances are also top quality which also makes the boring but essential stuff easy to deal with.

The villa's location is perfect for all the attractions, places to visit and to use either Orlando, Sanford or Tampa airports - we flew in and out of Tampa this time and it is only one hour away from the car hire at the airport to the house.

We thoroughly love this house and found it even harder to leave this time. A stunning villa, home from home, and we will be back.

From our initial contact with Carol with her extremely professional & polite pre-stay attention to detail & invaluable Information Pack to arriving at the villa, everything was perfect. The villa was the most well equipped & immaculately clean rental house we have ever stayed in and was lacking nothing. The girls loved the WiFi & Netflix as much as the wonderful pool. Proximity to all of the Disney Parks couldn't have been better.

Formosa Palm Villa is perfect in every way, with everything you need, from the high end decor and furnishings, to the modern high tech kitchen & washing appliances, there was nothing else we needed during our stay. The indoor pool and soccer tables were regularly used and provided so much fun. The pool area was stunning, with the children loving the pool and it was so peaceful for us to relax in the loungers poolside! This is our 5th trip to Florida in the last 8 years, staying in six different houses and I can say that yours was by far the cleanest, best equipped and most comfortable we have stayed in. We had an amazing time in Florida and loved staying at Formosa Palm Villa. We have stayed at other properties in Formosa Gardens previously so we know the area is an excellent base.

I would say that Carol's property here is the best we have stayed in. The house was prepared to an extremely high standard and there are loads of little nice touches (like the coins for the cash only toll booths on the way) to the ice packs in the freezer to use while you stay and other supplies that really set it apart.

Precious time away with the family is all about "Making Memories" for us and to say we are picky and over plan is an under-statement. Carol's knowledge of the whole area and pre-holiday paperwork is so professional, thoughtful and informative which gives you confidence you are in safe hands.

This is our second visit to Formosa, 5 years on from the first. The villa is the perfect place to call home whilst we made the most of World's best playground beyond the walled, gated, safe Formosa Gardens Estate. The villa was so well stocked with home comforts in every room making the stay so relaxing. The decor and quality of the villa is second to none and like most pictures, they really don't do the villa justice.

As a bonus the technology and super fast wifi at this house made the stay even easier, enabling weather, attraction, theme park, & restaurant research a breeze.

Outside of the villa, garden and pool is beautifully maintained like the interior with comfortable chairs, tables and loungers lined with palm trees, mature shrubs and manicured hedges. The spa helped finish off our perfect days and if that was not enough we played some pool and table football in the air-conditioned games room whilst listening to some music.

We cannot recommend this house highly enough. The perfect holiday with those little quality home comfort touches throughout that differentiate this house from the rest.

Your villa is really a home from home and we knew we were going to a villa of high standards where we could relax and enjoy. Most days were spent sitting by the pool watching the sun going down.

As I have said in the past we have a lot of respect for your villa and I do hope others show it the respect it deserves. Lost count how many times we have been there but the quality of the villa has remained at a very high standard. You regularly upgrade appliances and maintenance is carried out to a very high standard.

The villa is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, the beds are so comfy and we just love spending time in the pool. The villa is very private and not overlooked. Formosa Gardens Estate itself is in a great location and is minutes away from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and you are on the doorstep to all the parks at Disney.

My family had a wonderful time while staying in your villa. The location was perfect, it was beautifully clean and so well appointed. After staying in a hotel for our first five nights, it was lovely to have so much space to relax.

The children chose the second and third bedroom, so they could have a king size bed each. We all slept really well. I wish I could have brought the bed home!! We all loved the pool area, and it was lovely not to be overlooked as you are in many other villas in Orlando.

A beautiful and relaxing villa - well thought out and equipped with everything you need for a villa holiday. Lovely pool area and games room made time away from the parks very enjoyable. We booked the villa as a base for our Florida holiday and we made plans to travel around the area and do Disney and Universal but in the end it was the villa that drew us in. We totally relaxed here surrounded by lush green views and the visiting Florida wildlife - highlight being a pair of red cardinals.

The pool was immaculate, a brilliant size for a regular morning workout and spacious for floating in the afternoon sun.

You catered for all our needs and we had the best, most relaxing Florida holiday we have ever experienced - it was just what we needed.

The days in the villa became more frequent as we headed towards the end of our stay. We were reluctant to leave and most definitely look forward to returning again and again for this oasis in the hubbub, that is a Florida holiday.

We have stayed on Formosa Gardens twice before but this house is definitely the best. Everything in the house is top notch - the owners have clearly gone above and beyond to ensure that guests have everything they need.

This was our 3rd time renting a home in the Orlando area. The first time at this Villa and I must say it was by far the best. When you look at the pictures of the home on the website you can see that it's a lovely home but to actually walk through the front door yourself WOW it's really beautiful. The Villa is immaculate with top of the line appliances, excellent internet and games room.

This Villa didn't feel like your typical rental home. You could tell it was the home of someone who took great pride in what they had to offer. If it were my home I'm not so sure I would rent it out. It was that nice!!

Prior to arriving we received a welcome package in the mail which included house information, maps with written directions, coins for the toll road and a list of restaurants and shopping. Before getting the package I thought why not email me the information but once I received it I was impressed. Very professional! Between the welcome package and instructions throughout the Villa no detail was left out.

The gated community itself was beautiful and so close to all the attractions, restaurants and shopping. I can't say enough about this fabulous Villa.

Your attention to detail and the presentation of your home is an indication of how you really want your guests to enjoy their stay without any issues. It's a reflection of the type of person you are and you should be very proud.

Great communication! Beautiful home, we enjoyed having the separate TV room. The pool and hot tub were great. We had most of our meals outside on the patio. We totally enjoyed our week here and highly recommend this home.

This was our second stay in Formosa Palm Villa, and we loved it as much as the first time. Carol's excellent information pack makes the arrival process stress-free from the moment you land at the airport until you are in the front door and relaxing in this beautiful home. Once inside, expect to feel comfortable and pampered. We couldn't have imagined a better place to spend our vacation - ceiling fans in all the rooms, an ice maker, lovely pool, large television, comfortable sofas and beds, and good internet. Everything was spotlessly clean. Add to that, the villa is a very short and easy drive to yummy restaurants, Disney, and shopping, and it becomes clear why we really didn't want to leave!

We absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful home. I hope that we will have another chance to stay in your villa. It is definitely one of the best places we have ever rented, and the only one we have ever returned to. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Beautiful home... we have stayed in many homes in many different communities in Kissimmee and I must say I think this was by far the best home we have stayed in. There was nothing we could add to the home to make it any more perfect, literally everything has been thought of. I would highly recommend this home for the ideal holiday.

Formosa Palm Villa was the perfect base for our small family to unwind after a busy day at the parks. Everything from the beautiful plush carpets, inviting spa, comfortable family area and walk-in showers were perfect. Everything worked as it should and any instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We didn't have to go hunting around for things like dishwasher powder or bin bags. I feel like I should mention the walk-in showers again as they were EXCELLENT, so easy to use and really helped after a full day of roller coasters. This was a perfect holiday home.

We have been coming to Florida for 25 years and have stayed here in Kissimmee 20 times! Formosa Gardens is the best resort we have stayed in. For the last three years Carol has helped us with accommodation and we wouldn't stay anywhere else now. She does a fantastic job.

Beautiful villa and a fabulous holiday. We have enjoyed everything this house has to offer and the children loved the pool!

High expectations were set by the prompt response and information pack sent by Carol, the content of which would win gold if such a thing were an Olympic event. The location and house matched those extremely high standards: 10 minutes or so to the Disney parks, close to excellent shops and restaurants and conveniently close to routes that allow one to escape the parks when needed and head to either coast.

The house itself was immaculately clean and was fitted and furnished superbly. A lovely balance between feeling like a prestigious home and a homely home at the same time. There is plenty of space for privacy in a group but at the same time, the flow of the house makes for several great gathering areas. The kitchen includes a fantastic fridge freezer and all imaginable items. Things such as washing powder and such being included may seem minor, but all of these small touches contribute towards the feeling that nothing is too much trouble and has been carefully thought through.

The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms excellent. The Games Room has one of the best pool tables that I have come across in a private home. The pool area is great and the pool itself is a good shape for swimming. Mickey Mouse shaped pools look good from the air, but try swimming around one! The pool area is discreetly concealed by the surrounding vegetation and felt very private. We have stayed in many properties around the world over the years and I would confidently recommend this vacation home without hesitation. I am already plotting how we can make a return visit. To know that everything is as described and exceeds the expectations is a great way to start a holiday.

The house, the surroundings and not least the exceptional service minded owner of the house made the stay incredibly good. The house is of the highest standard where everything worked to perfection. It clearly shows that the owner goes beyond what can be expected to make it a great stay for any occupants. We were met throughout with outstanding support with immediate response if we had any questions. We would select this house again any time due to the high standard and amazing service level.

The house was absolutely immaculate, which is such a wonderful find in a rental property! Often the surface appears clean but there are dark corners... not so in your house! We found everything as advertised, there was nothing at all lacking and we appreciated all of the little touches like laundry detergent. We loved the pool and the proximity to the parks. We would love to come back again not to go to the parks, but simply to enjoy the house! :) There is nothing I can think of that I could honestly say would make the stay more pleasant - it was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed your home. As a family we have been fortunate enough to do some extensive travel. Hands down our entire experience dealing with you has been the best we have ever had. From the time we made initial contact with you to the full information package we received with the toll coins, detailed maps, things to do, etc. was all something we have never experienced before.

We felt so comfortable going to your home. Your home was as you had described, was spotless, well stocked and the labels were great. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool was heated as promised, so spent a great amount of time in it. Grocery store and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Disney longest drive was 20 minutes. Animal Kingdom 10 minutes.

Beyond this, Carol, I find it hard that I can't find one thing that was wrong or would have made our stay better. It was fabulous. Don't mind you sharing our name and comments and would also be happy if anyone ever wanted to touch base re our experience.

We were delighted with our stay at Formosa Palm Villa. Carol went above and beyond from our first contact until the day we left. Every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and the pre-arrival pack gave us an abundance of information and helpful maps. The villa was absolutely lovely, even nicer than the photos. All of the furnishings are in great condition, and very comfortable. The modern televisions and fast wi-fi made evenings in very enjoyable. Having ceiling fans in all the rooms was another bonus. All in all, we could not have asked for a better, more comfortable or convenient home in which to spend our holiday. If we are lucky enough to return to Orlando, Formosa Palm Villa will definitely be our first choice!

We have been holidaying in Orlando for the last 18 years and this is the best villa we have stayed in. The villa is very maintained and is in a very good location to visit the Disney Parks. The owner, Carol, was very professional from the initial contact to the very prompt return of our security deposit. The villa was very well equipped even down to providing washing powder and other items. The pool and deck area are wonderful and very welcoming after a full day at the theme parks. We would very much like to return soon.

We have spent many years staying in and around Orlando, but this home in Formosa Gardens tops them all. The location is ideal (10 mins from Disney), with plenty of good restaurants nearby; the villa is excellent condition with an excellent pool and above all, the owners were helpful and accommodating from start to end. From the first time we were in contact with Carol, the owner, to the very speedy refund of our deposit our experience of Formosa Palm Villa has been first class and we would not hesitate to recommend it to our family and friends and anyone else looking for a perfect villa which is situated just a short 5 minute drive from all the Disney parks.

Where to start? Throughout the booking process Carol was so helpful and then to receive a wonderful and such detailed information pack before we left was so thoughtful - Carol even went to the length of enclosing 3 quarters to use on the toll road on our trip from the airport!

The villa is simply amazing and to list everything would take too long, again Carol has put so much thought into making this a real home from home and made numerous 'little' touches to make our stay so easy and enjoyable. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, each having their own TV. The beds were so comfy, perfect for getting a great nights sleep after a day in the parks and splashing around in the villa pool!

The pool area was stunning, very private and perfect for either relaxing or enjoying the gorgeous pool, as our 3 children did every day! The huge kitchen area has all the modern appliances you could ever need and more! Simply wonderful, as were the high tec washer and tumble drier. The games room was so much fun, daily pool and table soccer games were held which just added to the whole experience.

As I say it would be impossible to list everything we enjoyed, but the whole family simply had a fantastic time and would like to say a huge thank you to Carol for sharing her gorgeous home with us, hopefully we will return one day!!!

The owners have furnished and equipped the house to an exceptionally high standard and the photos really don't do it justice. This trip we found a new 65" TV in the main living room! Brilliant villa in fantastic location on Formosa Gardens Estate. Super equipped and spotless. Gorgeous swimming pool and jacuzzi to come home to after long days at the parks. Having never booked a villa through a website, we were a little apprehensive at what to expect, but after the first email received from Carol, we knew that we had nothing to worry about. Throughout the entire booking process and stay, Carol was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and answered our many questions swiftly. From the moment we walked into Formosa Palm Villa, we knew we had made the right choice! Immaculately clean and fresh, we could see the pride of ownership. I really don't know where to begin to describe this gorgeous home!!! Actually, it is far lovelier than even presented in the pictures. Every detail has been thought of from the high quality furnishings, new appliances, to the more than plenty plates, dishes, cutlery, towels etc. The villa was immaculate, bedrooms far exceed expectations including the quality of the beds and the bedding. The pool, spa and lanai are perfect and not overlooked, making the outlook from the pool area, private, tranquil and so very relaxing. We loved spending time at the pool, which got the sun from early morning until late at night and sitting in the spa with a glass of wine at the end of the day, was just wonderful.

Formosa Gardens Estate is easy to find and is very close for the parks, the malls, restaurants and all manner of activities, yet is set just far enough off the main road to ensure privacy. This villa has everything you could wish for and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends & relatives and even complete strangers, as they too, would be impressed with the high standard shown in this home.

Wow!! What a really fabulous villa - so beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and with brand new appliances I would just love to have at home. The crushed ice on tap was especially popular. Every minute detail was covered from directions, to where to eat, shop and relax. Carol did everything she could to ensure that our holiday was one of the best we have had in the last 32 years. This is a fantastic villa, the best we have ever stayed in and we have been in quite a few. The location is perfect, close to Disney and some really nice restaurants and shops, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood with no disturbances at all. The house is magnificent, with great living accommodation, huge comfortable beds, modern TVs and a great pool to cool down in after a long day in the theme parks. Carol is a very conscientious owner who sends all of the info you need to get your holiday off to a perfect start.

The pool is very secluded - this is so important to us (and I'm sure many other families) as it provides a sense of our own space away from the rest of the world! In our many (20+) years of US villa holidays, including some of the larger properties in Formosa Gardens Estates, we have never really understood how other guests can say it was a home away from home - until now! You have managed to create a warm and comfortable environment, that is somehow very welcoming from the start. About a month ago we stayed in a 'luxury' 6 bedroom villa in Arizona that was no comparison and highlighted the effort you have clearly made. We can't think of anything missing or needed in your beautiful home - it is a fantastic villa and we will be coming back.
